Andrea Navedo was born in the United States and has published several books. She had a successful career as an actor on TV, beginning with morning soap operas One Life to Live & Guiding Light. Andrea Navedo (born 10 October 1978 in The Bronx NY) is an American actor and a singer. Navedo first began acting professionally in dramas for daytime. From 1995 until 1997 she played Linda Soto on the ABC soap drama One Life to Live. The role was a part of Guiding Light, a CBS soap-opera on CBS between 1999 and 2000. She played Theresa Sandoval. In 1996, she made her debut in film with a minor role on the show Girl 6. She then appeared in New York Undercover episodes and The District. In 2001 Navedo played a supporting role in the action-comedy Double Take. Double Take and the following year in the drama film Washington Heights. From 2001 to 2004 Navedo was a frequent character in the NBC Crime series Law & Order as Detective Ana Cordova. Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages was the next episode and Blue Bloods. Navedo was also in a variety of films, including El Cantante and Remember Me. Navedo appeared as a character in How to Make It in America Golden Boy, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit between 2011 and 2013 and also. Superfast! was her first film. The parody movie of The Fast and the Furious series was released in the year 2015. Navedo's professional journey started with soaps for daytime.
